To receive a refund, you must fulfil the following requirements:
- Consistently use a minimum of 2 products including the Advanced Hair Growth Lotion Spray and Hair Shampoo for a minimum 180 days, as your treatment as directed. If you are still dissatisfied with the results then please:
- Book a free online consultation with one of our Clinicians. The first within 60 days (2 months) after receiving your first shipment, and the second within 150 days (5 months) after your treatment.**
- Submit time stamped photos of your hair*** with areas showing loss before starting the treatment, then at least every 30 days using a digital camera.
- Cancel your subscription and submit a refund request to the email below along with your order number, between 180 and 210 days after your first shipment was delivered to sales@julianjay.com
What happens next
Refund requests will not be accepted until 180 days have passed since the first order delivery date.
Refunds will be made to the payment method you used to make the original purchase.
Only the cost of the Julian Jay Hair Loss Club subscription products at the point of the refund request will be refunded.
