Refund policy
The reputation and the success of Julian Jay treatments rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer refunds if you are not happy with your purchase after 180 days.
180 Day Return Period: Refunds may be made if requested and approved by Julian Jay after 180 days and before 200 days of consistent use of the product as required from the date of purchase on the invoice or proof of payment for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 200-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product as directed for the first 180 days after purchase to ensure it works as described.
Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to Julian Jay without prior authorization will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and we will not ship the product back to you.
All approved returns must be received by Julian Jay within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
